This is a most disgusting McDonald's you will find. I wouldn't even sit on a toilet seat let alone eat the food. For several years now I have stopped in to see if anything improved or if McDonald's corporate has taken notice and done something, anything to fix this sorry excuse. "McDonald's, how can you let this be"? "Where's your pride"?

My thoughts are this is a prime example of the inexorable decline of America into a third world trash heap. For shame. There's some decent McDonald's along I-80. Avoid this one.

BTW, the address here on Yelp sure appears to be wrong, NOT 860 Perry Highway
    but McDonald's Restaurant #7057
    RT 19 & I 80
    Mercer, PA 16137
    Phone: (724)748-3082

This is the FILTHIEST Mcdonald's I've ever been in. The toilets were overflowing, it looked like no one's cleaned in there in weeks. The lights in the men's bathroom didn't even work. If that's what the bathrooms looked like, I don't even want to know how gross the kitchen was. My family and I couldn't even stomach ordering anything we were so disgusted. The Mcdonald's franchise would be embarrassed if they knew how this one was being managed.

Yikes, the parking lot of this McDonald's looks like a testing area for land mines. I have seriously never seen so many gigantic potholes in a small square footage, and I live in Pittsburgh, land of the hearty potholes.

That said, there is a huge parking area to sit and feed your dog her cheeseburger before you get back on the road. It's pretty close to the highway, so it's easy-off-easy-on. And there's this oddly lovely scenic view behind the potholes.

Glad for the convenience, sorry that my fries were stale, and apologies to my poor little Subaru for having to take those hits. Service was fine and friendly, but I can't help but feel that the McDonalds-food-delivery people give this location all the old stuff so they don't have to bring their trucks into the parking lot.

Slowest McDonald's I have ever been to and not an employee there that cares. Quality?  Come on. You don't go there for quality. U go there for fast filler food or to shut the kids up. But this one... Oh my gosh...SLOW!!!!  Better off driving to Grove City and it is 8 miles away.  Yes I am a local.  I would rather eat at the Burger King next door and it is filthy.

This McDonalds was in poor shape.  The parking lot had more potholes than the moon. There were also out of a few drinks like Coke. Service was ok. It is hard to believe that this restaurant would be acceptable for McDonald's standards

Worst McDonald's ever! I agree with Mike P. that it has "character," but not in a good way. Service is horribly slow and cripplingly tedious, to the point where you have to repeat your order a number of times. Plus it's always fun to be ignored for five to ten minutes BEFORE repeating your order.

The one reason I went here above other places was because I had to change the baby and eat somewhere where young people are accepted. The car seat would not fit in any bench or chair in the place -- I thought McDonald's was made for babies! Ha! I had to put the car seat on the (teeny) table and sit at another (teeny) table across the way. This was, however, just an additional setback in an otherwise gross experience. The restrooms were atrocious. And, of course, the changing table's strap was broken. I mean, I guess that's to be expected, right? There are no functional changing table straps anywhere other than ... um, Beachwood Mall? The Venetian hotel in Las Vegas? I don't know.

And in case you're wondering ... I got a cup of coffee and a walnut and apple snack. So at least I didn't get the McGuilt or McHeartburn after.
