This is about as good as it gets in this little town. I hope it doesn't become as filthy as the rest of the businesses in this town are (Subway, Homeland, etc.). Since it is brand new, it is still pretty clean. it is one of the smallest McDonald's I've ever seen, but has the full menu that you would expect.
The coffee drinks are okay, especially when the nearest Starbucks is about an hour away and your other options are gas stations. Sometimes, you are very thankful for what you have even if it... well I will just stop there.
The food itself is okay. For what it is, and for its quality, overpriced.
The employees are pleasant, restrooms are nice, and clean.
