  Dear McDonald's Manager:
  
  Please, please, PLEASE teach your employees customer service. Every single time we have driven through the Walkerton McDonald's drive-thru window, we have been rudely greeted. I don't think I have seen any one of your employees smile, say "hello", and, worst of all, we hardly ever receive a "thank you" after they hand over our orders. The last time I have been to your restaurant, I was with my grandmother. She wanted to order some fruit smoothie, so she drove up to the window, the girl literally opened the window, said, "hello", handed my grandmother her drink, and slammed the window shut without saying anything more. That was it. And this has happened more than once. Some changes need to be made regarding your customer service.
