Merlotte's Bar & Grill

Merlotte's Bar & Grill not only serves up burgers, but eating there gives you a sense of the local flavor of the region. Marlotte's get's all kinds though it's doors, but no matter how quiet it is outside, it's always lively inside the doors.

The owner Sam is a real friendly guy and easy on the eye, and the wait staff is excellent (though a bit transitory). Lafayette is a master  on the grill and lends a lot of color to the place with his vibrant personality & outfits. There's a pool table in the back, and plenty of great music on the jukebox. I highly recommend a visit.
