  This chain just must be lackluster from top to bottom. I have tried three locations with hopes of one being salvageable, but end up disappointed each time. In all honesty I wouldn't waste your time at any of these places. The pollo loco was literal soup and really bad soup at that. If you do go I here, I would stick to the basics.
