Miller's Country Kitchen

Horrible experience all around.  To summarize, it took five minutes to get menus and submit our drink orders.  We then waited another 15 minutes to give the rest of our orders and still no drinks.  10 minutes later, our waitress pulled herself away from those she was chatting with in the other room and brought us our drinks.  Another 20 minutes later, she came out to inform one member of our group that the item he had ordered (20 minutes ago!) was not available and switched it to something else.  He then got to sit and watch the rest of us eat until his meal was cooked.  Several of the meals were wrong and special requests such as "no secret sauce" were ignored.  We never received any refills on our drinks despite all of the empty cups.  When our meals were complete, we waited around awhile to see if we could get a refill, but it never came.  So, we filed up to the register and waited a full 10 minutes before anyone could bother to take our money.

Absolutely ridiculous experience all around.  No service, food sucked.  I recommend that you hit a local gas station and get a refrigerated sub rather than waste your time and money in this establishment.

Seven of us visited this place while at a camping/geocaching event in nearby Wauseon. It was horrible.

Food: Below average. The burgers were barely browned, the onion rings were greasy. The salad bar was not well stocked and did not have much variety. They were out of what I ordered, a fact that I did not discover until 40 minutes into the experience. There were specials, but none of us tried them. They had homemade pies, but we were not going to wait to see how they were.

Service: Abysmal. The regulars were treated well, but we were ignored for long stretches. It took 20 minutes ot get our drinks on the table after having waited for 10 minutes to have our drink order taken. We were then (mostly) served the wrong food after a 40 minute wait, and generally treated like people that they did not want back.  It worked.

Summary: If you are a regular, it may be OK. If not, don't even walk in.
