The Mine

Dark dive bar with Yuengling on tap for $2 each.  Black walls, black painted tin ceiling and they had the Ohio State game on.  Nice healthy mix of college kids, blue-collar locals and bikers.  Two sassy waitresses.  Perfect.

A bar on the square in Nelsonville.  They are known for their hamburgers, so it is said, but the one I had would really makes me question that.  I normally dont order pizza burgers but for some reason I did here and I still am not quite sure what I actually got.  At first I asked the server if they had made a mistake and brought out a veggie burger as it looked like one, nope this is the pizza burger.  Well it was two layers of something with cheese in between yet oddly no sauce.  I am not quite sure if there was any actual meat or something that they fried.
In any case I dont think I will eat here again.
