  The mint is like a train wreck. You want to leave, you want to not watch, but you can't... But this mint, is like a train wreck wearing a cowboy hat, a purple cummerbund, the vintage molestache (see euro-pop legend Gunter) and a scorpion t-shirt.
  The Mint gets 5 stars for relatively cheap beer, and that pleasantly beaten down feeling you get in any smallish town bar.
  But it should get 10 stars for: Being there for me when I needed a drink. Slow dancing to CCR, a cover band that plays, country and american classic rock, overall shorts, tattoo-faced ex-felons, the 20 foot bikini babe corona ad, Marines in dress blues, cowboys, frat boys, biker guys, raider fans, and a shocking number of women, I'm not gonna say ladies because that would be pushin it.
  
  If you ever find yourself in Porterville CA check this place out!! Whoo hoo!!
