Mountain Grillhouse

i really loved this restaurant. It is very small but homey and the atmosphere is very friendly and relaxing. The waitress was very helpful in offering her opinion on what foods were big hits. I really liked how they had a chalkboard with the menu it was a good way to decorate the place. The menu is very simple but the food is great. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch wrap. It had bacon lettuce, tomatoes and nice grilled chicken. This was the best chicken wrap I have ever eaten. This place is also very nice because it is next to the Red River Gorge Zipline.  I would recommend this place to people who want a tasty healthy meal.

I really love this restaurant's atmosphere! There is beautiful wood siding and it has very simple decor with a chalkboard menu but it feels very hip and is a great break after adventuring on the zipline (is literally just a few feet away from the main office for the Red River Gorge Zipline!) or exploring the mountains of Wolfe County. The service is wonderful, quick and so personable! Their menu is simple and delicious. I had the chicken bacon ranch wrap and loved it! It was grilled slightly and stuffed with fresh ingredients. The only thing I think it would change would be to fill it even more with ranch dressing but you can also do that yourself as they will bring you a side of ranch dressing ( i like a lot of sauce....that might not be for everyone.) the fries are some of the best I've ever had and they sell plenty of Ale-8. :)

Also they provide free wifi which is hard to find in all of the hills and hollows blocking signal.

My colleagues and I decided to stop by and try this place out. It is located next to the Red River Gorge Zipline. So, after ziplining, you can have something to eat. I ordered the cheeseburger and home fries. It was delicious. The fries were amazing. One of my colleagues ordered the hot fudge cake. When the waitress brought it out, it was a huge piece. I had a bite and it was amazing.
