Now...she just opened up so give it time.  But she is a very nice lady and this is a locally owned business.  Right now she is just doing Hunt Brother's pizza and wings.  But she is going to start adding fresh, locally grown toppings (reportedly) and eventually may work her way up to subs.  You do need to call in advance if you are in a hurry..takes about 15 minutes.
