  Great spot for a bite to eat. Had the daily special of beef and mash potatoes for a mere 6bucks, tasted fresh and the portion was just right. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is quaint. There's local art on the walls and if you're a regular you get a spot for your mug on the wall. Overall a win.

  We were going through Spencer on a Sunday on our way to Holiday World and wanted to see if there was a local restaurant in the downtown and found the Muffin Top.  It was fairly busy when we got there  but we got a table right away.  My wife had the pulled pork BBQ sandwich and potato salad and I had the Reuben with homemade fries.  We both enjoyed our meals and the menu had breakfast and lunch items to choose from on a Sunday.  Our 16 month old had the silver dollar pancakes and sausage and he ate all of his :). It was a quaint place with a nice atmosphere.  We would recommend it and will certainly go back.  They also had a yummy dessert menu too!
