  Well tried it again. They have changed the menu. Tried the buffalo chicken sandwich, sorry don't waste your money, go to Wendy's instead. Meal was $9.00 and the patty is pressed chicken; fries would have been great without all the seasoning, it made them inedible. Was so hoping that  the place had gotten better.

  Went there last week on a recommendation from a coworker. Was skeptical, but after several hours there, the atmosphere was inviting, the patrons were friendly and pleasant, the staff was very receptive and fun and The food was excellent.

  Muley's has changed hands a few times since we've been here, but it seems like the new management is trying to make it a decent place. They got rid of the cranky old waitress with no manners and the overly made-up fake-boobed bartender with the loud mouth, finally! Jessica and Meghan are great waitresses. Always upbeat and friendly. The food is pretty good for a bar/grill. We eat here at least once a week, they are always accomodating and friendly. It is hard to find good wait staff in Elko/Spring Creek. Customer service is not a big deal in this town. Muley's is nice little place to eat when you want to relax and watch some sports. Monday Night Football is the best with the raffles and prizes. Loads of fun and nice to meet your neighbors.

  atmosphere is great and clean. food is good. Burgers need help. Manager seems to be making changes. Service seems to be the problem, but it has improved over the year. We visit often and really like the people and food.

  So last summer we had breakfast here.  The meat in my wife's chicken fried steak was sour.  The waitress was unconcerned and the manager said he watched them prepare it that morning.  C'mon, guys, the meat was bad!  Finally they just charged her for hash browns and we got McBreakfast in Elko.
  
  So this spring we read about new owners.  According to the local paper, they would be "bringing in new chefs, hiring an entirely new staff and management team and will be unraveling a new menu..." (Elko Daily Free Press, June 3, 2011).
  
  So we went there on Sunday, July 3rd.  Same waitress, same menu.  Waitress was taking an order from the only other customers and she barked, "park yourselves anywhere".  Classy!  Busser brought us coffee.  And that was it.
  
  There were two two-tops.  The waitress walked the other order to the kitchen, stuck her head out once or twice, and then brought condiments to the other table less than 10 feet away.  When she headed back to the kitchen we gave up.  Well over five minutes in an empty restaurant and no service beside the busser.
  
  We told the busser we were leaving (he totally understood).  Waitress seemed surprised - and clueless.
