Below is a list of key points of my review for this place. Please interpret them as you will.
1. The drinks are cheap
2. They have 2 bar-size pool tables
3. Live music on Friday nights
4. Able to accommodate larger groups for birthday parties, etc.
5. Live music is very loud is an understatement.
6. The average age of customers is my parents age.
7. Smoking is allowed here, and very much taken advantage of.
8. A lot of tv's to catch a game.
This wasn't my type of place. I've been all over the U.S. and many places have banned smoking in bars and restaurants. I'm not a fan of big government, but I am thankful for clean air. Immediately walking in here I disliked it due to the haze of smoke and knowing I was going to smell like that the rest of my night. I also didn't care for the live music being as loud as it was. The songs didn't get stuck in my head, but more like engraved on my brain. Everyone else was much older than I (and probably not as good of hearing if they come here often for music), but I've been to quieter Kid Rock and KISS concerts. Based on the place being packed and rocking, this place works for a lot of people (and I'm happy that it does), but it didn't work for me.
