Friendly service, definite dive bar feel, darts. Â We showed up here after walking out of the Main Street Grill, due to its sketchy feeling.
Happy to see Buffalo Sweat on tap here while I was here and there may be promise for a future return, to play darts and drink beer on the cheap. Â I can't speak for how the food is, as we weren't there to eat.
Well, the little grill has 40 years of seasoning to it. Between that and the "chef's salt" the Philly Cheese-steak was mighty tasty.
Fries were crispy.
Service was friendly.
The menu consists of burgers [1/2 pounders!], sandwiches, chicken tenders, and various little appetizers. Basic bar food. But they seem to care about flavor here. Cool.
Funny thing about the ambiance of a bar is you never know what you are gonna get [a la a box of chocolates]. This place was was freeze-dried. A 70's-80's time capsule. Air brushed murals from Marilyn Monroe to Harrison Ford adorn the upper walls. Fun stuff.
