There is plenty of room to park your RV in a "truck parking area" behind this restaurant. Â When I first walked in the restaurant, I was the only one in the restaurant. Â The ONE employee working behind the counter failed to notice me. Â I had to whistle for someone to seat me. Â Then later when I saw "known locals" come in, they were greeted warmly. Â I guess they are a bit cold to unknown people. Â Their menu had Nordic sounding sandwiches in addition to American Hamburgers. Â Chips/Fries are extra. Â I ordered a Karlstad sandwich. Â There was some verbiage on the menu indicating to "specify whether you want your sandwich hot or cold." Â The server didn't ask me, I didn't specify. Â The sandwich was heated, I would have preferred it be cold. I pointed out the verbiage on the menu and asked why I was not asked for my preference. Â Turns out the staff didn't realize that "fine print" verbiage was even on the menu! Â The staff apologized profusely for this, so I'll give them some credit. Â But then I saw the SAME server deal with the next customer, who ordered the SAME sandwich, fail to ask that customer whether they wanted hot or cold. Â The sandwich was ok, but I still would have preferred it to be cold. Â I just noticed something else. Â The menu indicated the sandwich was $6.95. Â My receipt, which I didn't notice until I got home, showed I was charged $7.00. Â I know it was only 5 cents, but it's the principle! Â Not only do they fail to ask your preference, but they charge more than what the menu shows. Â I was going to give four stars despite the failure to ask my hot/cold preference, but charging me more than the menu shows was just plain WRONG.
