  Very friendly local patrons and staff with tasty items on the menu and refreshing drinks on tap.  I enjoyed my Long Island Mussels and a cold beer on this winter's evening visit in the area.

  Have been a repeated patron to this very friendly local comfortable and fair priced Southampton restaurant/bar.  The great news is that there is a new highly skilled chef.  After a few months of avoiding the North Sea Tavern, due to inconsistent meals, tonight we returned for a completely delicious dinner of perfect NewEngland clam chowder (thick and hearty), a huge plate of Irish potato skins, huge perfect spicy Mexican style burger (1/2 pound or so), and the most flavorful and generous chicken pot pie (special) ever.  Portions so plentiful that we each took home doggy bags.  Great choice of tap beers and good wine.  No room for desert!  Very helpful and friendly staff, plus satisfied locals there this evening.  Returning soon!  Also in nice weather, there is great outdoor space for drinks and dining (dog friendly)!
