Number One Chinese Restaurant

For a little Podunk town, they have excellent although uninspired traditional Chinese take out and dine in service.

The chicken with garlic sauce ( get extra hot ) is to die for, and is offered with shrimp as well for the non meat eaters. Have tried most that is offered on the menu, and all is good except for items made with tofu. We are too far from fresh tofu suppliers and theirs has all the texture of rubber bands, not a good thing in your dinner.

Service is amazingly fast, and extremely attentive.
