  First off, I have no complaints about the food we ordered. The hot dogs were tasty, if a bit odd to look at with the hot pink stripe down the middle. The cole slaw was fresh and chopped fine like my husband likes it. The chili sauce is interesting... I think I detected cinnamon? The fries were cold. The real reason for the low rating is the awful service we received. We ordered one combo and one hot dog with the chili sauce on the side. When the food came out it wasn't right. I simply asked for it to be corrected, never expecting to hear the two women yelling at each other and berating the cook who was really trying hard to make it right. It wasn't a complicated order but because of the unprofessional way of doing business (yelling the order through a tiny window, whilst a coworker was singing loudly standing in the same area) things got out of control. The "singer" also was the one snapping her coworker with an empty bag and snapped me instead. During the commotion another customer came in and quickly left.  This was our first Nu-Way experience. Hard to imagine going back to the one in Ft. Valley.

  This place is a destination and should be a landmark for any one who loves hot dogs or just great fast, cheap hot food! I had a hot dog all the way and it ways like heaven had landed in my mouth!! This isn't the first location(that is in Macon) but any addition to this local franchise is a good thing!
