Awful. The service is hurried and generally impersonal, and the waitresses (I have never seen male waiters at this location) are continually interrupting. This is a management issue and not the fault of the servers, though, because the servers have certain things they are required to do that are not conducive to the customer actually being able to enjoy the meal or a conversation with those at the table. The small drinking glasses do nothing to help keep the servers away for a comfortable amount of time.
If you order a steak, be prepared for at least one-third of it to be inedible fat. Desired temperatures are viewed by the cooks as mere suggestions. I would not recommend that you go with a craving for beef tips because they likely won't have them. Interestingly, beef tips are the one cut of red meat this location sells that DOESN'T have a ton of fat.
The fish tastes like soap, and the chicken in its various forms is dry and uninspired.
Oh!Bryans does have a good salad bar (I personally like the shredded lettuce because it is easier to mix the salad thoroughly), and their sandwiches are usually quite tasty as well.
But let's be honest: you can fix your own salad and sandwich at home. When this restaurant first opened it was better than good (but not great). Now, unless the people I am with are adamant about eating here, I flatly decline and choose another restaurant, generally one that hasn't decided to completely abandon its standards after reaching the top in this town.
Yelp needs to have a no star rating. Looks like it could be nice, buuut it isn't . The floor needs to be cleaned. It was covered in droppings from the tables (food, straws, crackers, etc.). Salad bar was an extra $2.45. I think Subway might have better lettuce. Yes, it was shredded iceberg. Awful. Just that blunt. 10 oz ribeye was nothing to write about, but I will. It wasn't even the correct cut. Tons of fat, no flavour. Flava Flav has more character than this meat. The only good thing was that it was cooked right. Yellow carrots were the only tasty thing and they were prob sitting in the kitchen in a well of hot steamy water. Yuck.
