We each had the Fire Cheese Burger with pepper jack cheese, onions and jalapeno peppers for $6.95. Â One of us ordered fries and the other got tots. Â I had the fries which were were ok. Â The tots looked better. Â The hamburger was a good quality and completely cooked. Â The owner/cook said he steams the 80/20% burgers to keep them juicy which they were. Â Â The coffee was good and refilled without asking. Â My partner had a Diet Coke which came in a can.
The restaurant is rustic with seating at picnic tables or a counter. Â There is an outdoor seating area too. Â The owner and our waitress were friendly and willing to give information about the surrounding area.
They advertise they are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Â They serve breakfast until noon. Â They also serve beer and wine. Â They have WiFi which could come in handy at this somewhat remote location.
I definitely plan to go back.
