  The owners have done a nice job with this place, which I understand is a mob scene during the week due to the fact that the nearby NASA installation lost its cafeteria. We went for a weekend breakfast and found the food to be ample and delicious and reasonably priced, and the staff personable. Service was not super-quick, but if you're trekking all the way up to Organ for breakfast you are probably not in a big hurry . . .

  Another great breakfast spot near Las Cruces! This cafe is located in a quiet area near the Organ Mountains about 11 miles up from Las Cruces.
  
  Very friendly and the locals love it (the ones who have found it, at least). They have performances every weekend...mainly jazz. In the mornings, they have a peaceful, pleasant atmosphere and they even have a few outdoor tables overlooking the mountains where you can enjoy the beautiful weather and New Mexico scenery.
  
  Try the breakfast burrito with potatoes, chorizo and eggs...you're guaranteed to leave with a full belly. The croissant breakfast sandwich is made with an over-sized croissant, eggs, cheese, and a large sausage patty (or your choice of bacon, ham, or chorizo). Even the kid's meal was great...for $3 you get a large pancake with bacon. Very filling!
  
  Definitely worth a return visit!
