Pack'er Inn

We tend to eat at Pack'er Inn nearly every time I'm at my girlfriend's hometown.  The most recent time was for dinner with her family on a Friday night.  They have a bar in the front, which I love going to because the prices are half of what I'm used to in Chicago.  After spending some time there with all the locals (and snowmobilers) and drinking for cheap, we sat for dinner and I ordered cod (not the fish fry version).  It was good, but I'd prefer to get something else next time, probably the fish fry.  The wait staff is always friendly and never forgets about you.  They lose some brownie points due to their obvious naming pun and pictures/signs to the football team (go Bears!) but quickly gain them back with the Cubs stuff on the walls.  At least the owner has one of his sports team loyalties right!  I've also had their catered food at parties in the area, and it is always good and they give you plenty of it.  The Pack'er Inn is a frequent stop for me when I'm in the area and I suggest you check it out too.
