  Super local. Breakfast, oxygen, booze, okay food, and some extra suplies... I got food poisoning the second time there from a cilantro cream sauce.

  wow. what an incredible find. I've been going to Crestone for years and this truly is a gem in a beautiful part of the state. First impression... Clean, but certainly not without character. Sparce setting with refined local(?) art.
  The pristine kitchen is in full view (via window) from the dining room.
  My chef friend could not stop coveting it. The menu is healthy, local & organic. We started with the chilled spinach soup. It was wonderful with hints of basil and lemon. Next, the blue corn fish tacos (a special that day)
  served with hand cut fries.... Fresh fish and beautiful execution. side salad and veggie wrap were also very good. The coffee is local (Salida) and the wine selection outstanding. Charming staff to boot. Well worth the trip
  especially if you are staying or soaking at the nearby hot springs. This restaurant and menu were obviously created with love.
