The Pavillion at Hard Rock has recently been re-named back to Isleta Pavillion its still the same venue with overpriced drinks and concert tickets. They have a lawn seating, chairbacks and a VIP section. The VIP section has an additional bar with extra seating and no lines for drinks and VIP restrooms with no lines.
Review Source:Came here for the Albuquerque Blues and Brews festival. Â A little out of the way if you aren't planning on staying at the casino, but the cab fare from the casino was not bad. Â The location was great for the festival and the amphitheater was really nice with well kept grass in the back--a rarity in New Mexico. Â All in all, no problems to report.
Review Source:Ok.. First , why would you check my ID to buy drinks, stamp my hand, go to someone else for a wristband, then I go to order a drink at a vendor and she then asks me for my ID again after I show her my stamp AND my wristband?! What was the point of that? Now I have a stupid bud light stamp on my hand and a waste of paper with these dumb bracelets and I still have to show my id for a drink? Â That makes a lot of sense... Also not very good lighting to find your seat/row at night.. Sound and lights are good but as another review said, Sandia is a way better venue for the outdoor experience and a beer isn't $13!
also the projector screen was crappy... It made everyrhing look jittery and was fuzzy... The exiting was chaotic and cars were just making up lanes with no one directing traffic.....I hope I don't have to come here again any time soon
