Peach's Grill

A perfect little microcosm of the town that is Yellow Springs.

This is a great stop if you've got the munchies, man.  Giant taco salads, burgers, and the option to put avocado on everything.  Where else can you order a rice krispie treat right off the menu?  Like to drink?  Try peach's tea.

The commune is a delightful fugue of dredded dirty hippies and bespectacled snooty hipsters.  Though most of the patrons are pacifists the noise level at peach's makes it seem like a war zone.  This is a great place to get into a political shouting match.

The servers move as fast as stoners and sometimes they forget your table, your order, or that you need to pay.  There's a reason for that, which, if you are familiar with Yellow Springs at all, needs not be mentioned.

Definitely an animated vibe that could easily be revisited.

Come for the beers on tap enjoyed on the patio and stay for the live music.  The menu is good bar food.  I especially like the Mediterranean pita platter unless I'm in the mood for a classic american burger and fries.  Good selection of beers by the bottle and very good mix of draught beers constantly changing so great place to try something new.  Doug the bartender is great at helping you find something on tap in your taste if you give him a starting place.  
Great place for groups.  It's not a sports bar but there are 4 TVs to catch the game.  Good place for families.  I enjoy ending hikes or bike rides here.  Peaches does a great job of supporting Yellow Springs and community events with good music and beer and supporting local musicians and DJs.
