Pepe's Pizza

Nestled deep in the heart of downtown Clay resides Pepe's pizza. It is a good, solid pizza establishment that offers a variety of pizza specialties, including excellent bruschetta pizza, buffalo chicken pizza, and a few others. There is also the regular assortment of stromboli and calzone. I can't comment or vouch for them.

The seating inside is clean, adequate, and has three large-screen TV's. It is much nicer than the regular pizza joint, but not in the same league as Piero's or Zia's.

My favorite aspect of Pepe's is the 1/2 off deal that is available within an hour of closing (usually, starts at 9:00 PM): that all food that is pre-made and sitting on the counter for display is 1/2 off. Many a nights spent griping about why I have to work late have been atoned for by a great 1/2 price slice from Pepe's on the way home!

I can guarantee that if you try Pepe's, it *WILL* become your favorite pizza destination in Clay!
