I heard the jazz music wafting through the moonlight while I was getting gas at the shell station next door. It was so beautiful, I had to go over and check it out. I sat at a little table and was warmly greeted by Holly, the owner. She obviously loves what she is doing and loves people. He husband's jazz band was playing and I settled in with a nice glass of red wine. Although I live an hour away and needed to get home, I couldn't bring myself to leave. The music and the atmosphere were that good. I can't wait to go back again!

This diamond of a find is amazing. We were visiting the avenue of the giants for a birthday and found this place so enticing we couldn't turn it down. And boy am i glad we didn't!!

The service is friendly, jovial and beyond personal- feel free to hang out all evening or stop in for a quick bite- i felt like i had made friends for life. The crepes are fresh and creative with their delicate flower garnishes and home grown herbs. The art and items for sale in the store are beautiful. The wine is all local and their exquisite garden is the most amazing setting to do some tasting!

All that and live music at the perfect decibel! By that i mean we were able to carry on a conversation throughout the night without yelling or asking each other to repeat our words- and yet we still had some sing along time!

If you go to Redway or are on the avenue of the giants at all- make your way to Persimmons- you will not regret it.
