We tried this bar for the first time and were very pleased with the experience. The bar area is roomy with nice T.V.'s for watching the game. They have a pool table and plenty of parking. No longer a casino. The best thing about this bar was the food. The Chef made us a burger that was the best I have had in a long time. Will be back often.
Review Source:In my humble opinion the Phoenix casino has come a really long way. There was a day when I wouldn't have even showed up here but new management has given the Phoenix a face lift. Live action poker games and casino style table games are readily available. There are great drink specials everyday . The food menu is super cheap and super good and it is always happy hour! Translate that into $2 well drinks any time the bar is open. My favorite thing about the Phoenix currently though is their Friday and Saturday night Poker tournament. In my opinion, they currently have the best evening tournaments in town. Friday is $25 and starts at 5:30p (Although you'll need to be there by 3:30p to sign up to get a seat. Saturday night starts at 7pm. Both tournaments have money added to the prize pool. Most of the dealers are knowledgeable and proficient at running a game, so all you have to do is sit back and have a great time! Congrats to the Phoenix Casino! You've won my vote :)
