Pitches Tavern has the best cheeseburger in Port Orford and is up their with Fely's, She She's for best cheeseburger in this area of Southern Oregon and Northern California. They cook the bun on the grill with the burger. An untoasted bun which is the standard in most restaurant burgers doesn't cut it with me so three cheers for the way Pitches serves their cheeseburgers. This place is the last of a dying breed of neighborhood bars and is well worth stopping in for a meal and something to drink.
