great pies,  love the fish too!  been  a fan for years!

This is a friendly little resaurant with very slow service so don't go there if you are in a hurry. The food is really good and the servings are generous.
I am never disappointed when I go there. I am only impatient for the waiting. So I do prefer to call ahead with my order. I highly recommend that.

Oddly even though this place is named The Pizza Den, do not under any circumstance ever eat the pizza here.  It is horrible, beyond terrible, not even in the same class with 1 buck frozen pizzas from Wal-Mart.  However, what this place does have good is sandwiches, salads, and home made potato chips.  The sandwiches, or Po-Boys, are very good.  They are big affordable sandwiches made on home made bread that is very tasty.  Their salads are also large affairs with a plethora of toppings and they to are very good.  The chips are nice if you like that sort of thing, they are fresh thin sliced potatoes deep fried, which means they aren't remotely good for you, but they are tasty if eaten quickly.  I would recommend ordering your food by calling in and picking it up because the service is the worst I have ever experienced.  The servers sometimes disappear completely for 10-15 minutes at a time.  You can look up and look around the dining room and realize that there is not a single employee in the place.  Still though, its a great place to get take out and enjoy an easy night at home.
