Pizza Hut

It's ok I would rather go to the Italian Bistro for pizza

I normally would not eat at a Pizza Hut, but I was visiting family, and that's what they wanted.  We ordered online, and I got a Garden Salad.  When we arrived at the restaurant, they had forgotten to make my salad.  While making it, I asked for no cheese, and the employee said, " Too late" and handed it to us.  Um...not a way to keep customers.  How rude.

We stopped at this restaurant on our way to Paris on 10/13 and were very disappointed.  My mom, grandmother and I ordered a pizza to share and my husband ordered a sub.  They didn't have mayo for the sub but it didn't really matter since he never received his sub anyway.  We waited about a half hour for the pizza and it tasted OK but when my husband asked if they had his sub, the server (who was very sweet) said "that's a good question."  She went back to the kitchen and we waited another 15 minutes before my husband finally went up to the counter.  They were working on another pizza instead of his sub so he told the manager to forget it and finished our pizza instead.  There were only 2 other parties in the restaurant so they weren't exactly busy.  Our server removed the sub from the bill and apologized but we were not happy with what was going on (or not going on) in the kitchen.  The manager sure wasn't too concerned.
