  This is an okay place to eat. Popular with local oil field/natural gas crews. Good food for reasonable prices. Haven't been there in awhile but lunch buffet w/salad bar was good. Breakfast is average Texas Truck Stop food. Prices are reasonable.

  Mr. Anthony, an up and coming Texan entrepreneur, caught the faded Rainbow Restaurant sign in his periphery as he cruised down I-45. He decided that it was prime real estate for a potential world-class restaurant. So he bought the place, cash in hand, and renamed it Anthony's Restaurant, and waited for the Zagat chart-topper to bloom.
  
  Mr. Anthony is a clown. This place is terrible.
  
  Disclaimer: I don't really know Mr. Anthony. He may actually be a very nice man who adopts puppies.
