Rascals Cafe

After trying this place twice, both times the food was way overcooked,to the point of being inedible. ( and this after having GoWaiter speak with the manager!) The food sent AFTER the manager was consulted, and with a coupon for a discount,was WORSE than the inedible roast beef on the reuben sandwich from the week before,which had been under a heat lamp for hours. This time my chicken fingers were BURNED! No sense contacting the manager again. He is PART of the problem.
