We came here on Friday night after hearing that it was the opening night and it was going to be great. Â When we arrived, there was a crowd forming outside. Â Well, to be exact, it was a crowd of early to mid twenty-somethings who were obnoxious. Â Anyway, I digress. Â
The bouncers didn't know what they were doing. Â One of them even had to ask the guy with the clipboard how to latch the nylon retractable "velvet rope" closed. Â It was lovely. Â
As opening time came and went, people started to audibly complain about the fact that no one was being let in. Â Finally, after about 30 minutes of waiting (while no one was inside) they started to let people in. Â Mind you, only people with reservations, which totaled about 10 people. Â After that, when asked about the holdup, the bouncers said they were waiting for people with reservations to arrive. Â NO ONE WITH RESERVATIONS WAS IN THE MOB OUTSIDE! Â So, basically, 10 people were inside and no one else was being let in. Â
After another 20 minutes they started letting the commoners in. Â Once inside, there was a massive plumbing disaster in the ladies restrooms that caused a mini flood in the hallway leading to the bathrooms. Â On top of that (and here's the best part) two of the three stalls in the ladies bathrooms HAD NO DOOR OR DIVIDERS BETWEEN THE 2 TOILETS. Â You had to do your business beside a complete stranger. Â
So, wait. Â I paid $20 to park and $20 to get in to a place that can't provide me a decent place to use the restroom? Â I'm equivalent to a barn animal? Â
The music was good and that's about it.
