I don't know how the owner/chef of the Red Dragon ended up in a teensy place like Ava, but you folks don't know how lucky you are. Â Anything off the buffet is always highest quality and extremely tasty, and if you order of the menu, it'll rock your socks off.
This is the best Chinese restaurant I've ever eaten at, bar none, and I've eaten at Chinese restaurants around the country, in the Caribbean, and even in India. Â The place just can't be beat. Â No other Chinese restaurant in the area can touch it. Â Even in Springfield, they're all at best fairly mediocre examples of Americanized Chinese cooking - and in the case of the deep-fried cashew chicken, just plain invented.
You can get the deep fried stuff at the Red Dragon, but you can get the real stuff, too, and it's all good. Â Wish I could give him more than 5 stars!
