This is one of the only places we will go in Lompoc. We come mostly for the service, but the food and drinks are pretty good too if you know what to order. Patty is an excellent waitress - lunchtime during the week - we love her to pieces and come there often to enjoy her company. The owner is really great as well and hosts some fun events for charity.

They have Figueroa Mountain Brewing company on tap which is awesome. The cocktails are a little steep though.

I love the grilled fish tacos! They are excellent and I get them every time I come with a side of onion rings which are also really great! The buffalo balls, potato skins, and jalapeno poppers are good starters. The salads and pizza are terrible. The calzones are huge and delicous as an alternative to pizza. Friday's they feature an amazing clam chowder.

It's usually very quiet and enjoyable for a meal, clean tables, lots of tvs if you're there for sports. There's also a great room for private parties, and a huge back patio for events.

Ate here the other night with a big party.
The service is really great, for the most part. They forgot one persons food and he sat for an hour watching everyone eat. Finally they realized what happened and got his food out right away and comped him it. So at least they make it right when they mess up. Sadly, that's rare. So props to them for that.

The food was decent. My meatball sub [everything has weird sports names...which is actually kind of annoying. I get that it has a theme but I don't really want to have to literally read every single description to figure out what the heck something is.]
    , it was alright.
The bread was disappointly plain though. I mean, you would think it could have been garlic bread or something toasted?
The meatballs were a little plain for me and I like plain food. It basically tasted like homemade hamburger spaghetti sauce put onto a white bread roll.
It wasn't bad, per se, but it was kind of missing something, especially for how much they charge.

I wish the side with it was different as well. The curly fries were awesome. I would definitely get those again, just not with something "italian" flavored. It was just a strange combo to me.
I'd rather have had something else, although trying to think of what that is leaves me clueless. Maybe some kind of veggie?
But that was my fault for ordering the fries with it, even though they're super good and totally worth it.
They also have good ranch! it's not all watery or the gross dill kind. This is good ranch perfect for dipping the yummy curly fries!

Our refills were kept full which is another awesome thing.

I did not like the drink I ordered though. It was basically mint vodka and it was not good. Everything comes in big glasses.

All in all this place is a good hang out place and the food is good and the staff are all really nice and check on you.

It's a litlte over priced for the quality of the food, but I would definitely go back and try something else. and maybe get some more fries!

Personally, I thought that three stars was generous, but then realized that only 16 people had reviewed this place.

Like a lot of restaurants in Lompoc, this place is a converted-used-to-be-something-else establishment. If they marketed it as a "dive by that also happens to sell food for those late night munchies," then I think they'd gain a star. However, as a sports bar, not so much.

We kept it simple and ordered standard bar food: french fries, jalapeño poppers, fish tacos and beer. The friend apps were pretty standard freezer variety and the fish tacos were fairly average. The couple I was with said that the tacos are normally better, so perhaps this place deserves a second chance.

The service was slow and the waitress somewhat inattentive. In fact, after having waited for what seemed like half a decade, we decided to take our check to the front counter so that we could pay and move on with our evening.

2 stars: "Meh, I've experienced better."

Very average food for the price. Ordered an $11 chicken salad and it came basically the size of a $1 Burger King salad. The bar needs a bigger TV, who wants to go watch the big game on a little TV that sits high at the bar. Not too much competition in Lompoc otherwise could be better

I love burgers and when I moved here I was kind of upset with the food selection in this area. But I know I can get a great burger here when I want along with garlic fries.

I've been coming here for years and am always very happy. I'm a reader and even though there are a lot of tv's to entertain you, if you time it right you can get a nice quiet meal as well. Patti has usually been my waitress for lunch and she is awesome and down to earth..... =)

I agree that Lompoc needs more places like this one. It's got the best vibe in the town and their sports theme is great.

The food and service is always hit or miss. Headed out on a Saturday night for drinks and dinner (full bar service) and was disappointed by the lack of attentiveness given to my friends and I, who joined me to celebrate my birthday. Our drinks were strong and we had a good time, but my dinner was subpar. It was busy and I don't fault the bartender at all, though the rest of the house wasn't packed so a waitress helping out would have been nice.
When I've been here with my daughter the staff is helpful and kind, so the kid friendliness of the place is nice considering there are usually sports fans having fun. I'll be back because of the vibe and the convenience of the restaurant.

Come here for the service, not the food.
I've eaten here 3 times, and everytime the food has been pretty sub par. The time I ordered an individual pizza, it was so floppy with grease I couldn't bring myself to eat it.
Their regular fries and garlic fries are good, and they've got nommy chicken wings. I'm kind of afraid to try anything else, though apparently their burgers are rockin'.

That being said, the staff here is great. Everyone is friendly and really on top of things. I love coming here just to hang out, drink (get the Daryl Strawberry!), and munch on some fries.

They have tv's all over the place so no matter where you sit, you can watch the game.

Hopefully one day I'll be able to give this place some more stars.

I really want to like this place. Lompoc could use a place like this, but we try it every few months, and every time I leave disappointed. It's never a consistent problem, it just seems like no one there really cares. The food is average (and kind of pricy), and I feel like they want to nickel and dime you for everything- I was told fries would be $.99 with chicken tenders, but $3.99 with wings. What? The sports-theme feels very forced, and more than once the beer was flat. Thursday nights they have good deal on appetizers, and they do have a lot of TVs to watch a game on, but otherwise I would try to find somewhere else.

We keep trying to support this place, but it really isn't that great. Last time I went the draft beer was out except for the undrinkables, my Cesar salad had brown lettuce and my pizza looked like a four year old put it together.

I should say though this is a better place once they realized they should not be an Italian joint. And the staff is good.

TERRIBLE CHICKEN TACOS! The chicken was so rubbery; the tomatoes were flavorless. Pulled pork sandwich was sliced meat not what one would expect. Burgers are good. Sweet potato fries were acceptable but not impressive by any means. Beer selection was decent and there are enough screens to watch the game. If you can get over the dirty walls, slow service, and peculiar odor its an ok place to watch the game and throw back some beers.

We love this place!  Food is real good.  They even tolerate our energized 3 1/2 year old son.  Drinks are fab.  Good sports bar atmosphere, everyone enjoys themselves.  Great service!  Food is fast and delicious, great burgers and sandwiches, I always get the fettuccine Alfredo though!  We go on a regular basis.

The last two times I have been in, I have been shocked by a hostess and a bar tender. One time I was sat by two older gentleman having an inappropriate conversation that was instigated and encouraged by the bar tender. The second time I witnessed the hostess drinking with restaurant patrons, again having inappropriate conversation. The hostess may have ended their shift, however still inappropriate.

It's decent, but definitely not perfect. Most of the TV's are small and cheap. The food quality has definitely gone downhill since the change to the sports bar, buts its still good.

Service at the bar is terrible - we've seen the bartender taking shots while on the job, which is not acceptable.

Go for their wings special. Sit at the bar. Watch some sports. Chat it up with the Boston-crazed bartender Jenny. Be happy. That's all there is too it.

Normally I enjoy the Red Zone; however, this afternoon's experience was terrible. It was one of those afternoons where, for me, if it could go bad it did. I ordered the Muhammad Ali with garlic fries. The chicken was good but the  bolognese sauce tasted like bitter uncooked wine. The garlic fries were so heavy with garlic I could only eat half of them, and I love garlic. My water glass had someones lipstick on it and the rim of my soda glass had some sort of lime flavor on it when it shouldn't have, I was drinking a coke.  At the end of the meal the waitress brought my grandfather his birthday ice cream and didn't offer the rest of us a dessert (I just found out that she asked my dad and boyfriend, but no one else heard her). She did offer to comp my meal but then over charged us on the final bill.  I'm hoping this was just "one of those days"

I actually hadn't been here since the switch from upscale Italian to casual sports bar, came in with some friends and met up with my roommate. I was craving a burger and theirs did not disappoint. Juicy and delicious. Onion rings & fries were kinda blah though I was starving and ended up eating a ton of them anyway! Service was quick and friendly. Overall a good place to grab casual food with friends.

Excellent pizza! Order the white out. A personal favorite with a good, dark beer.

We visit our son in Lompoc about a dozen times a year and finally decided to try this place on a friday night at about 7:30.  It was very busy, but it is a pretty big place so we got seated in a nice booth right away.  Definitely a sports bar, with TVs everywhere, but being a sports family, we enjoyed the atmosphere.  They have a pretty big menu, ranging from appetizers, salads, pasta, pizza, fish (fried), and sandwiches.  We tried the Buffalo Balls (white meat chicken stuffed with spicy bleu cheese, breaded and fried) as an appetizer.  They were very tasty!  Hubby ordered the fish and chips (regular fries).  Nice size serving and hot - fried were nicely seasoned.  Son ordered the Big Ben Rotheles"berger" which he found to be very good.  He ordered the curly fries with it, which were better than the regular fries.  I just ordered a side salad which was adequate - the lettuce was very fresh, and the tomato tasted home-grown, and the waiter added freshly ground pepper, which was a nice touch.  The service was excellent and the wait-staff very friendly.

We will definitely visit here again!
