$2 draft beers until 8pm everyday Mon-Fri and they have other daily specials as well. They don't have a huge selection but they do have the basics and a few micro brews that were pretty tasty. The bartender was very friendly and they have a full bar, pool and an outdoor patio. My husband and I went early for happy hour so it was mostly older locals.
Review Source:I grew up in Helena, but moved away. Every time I come home, I take my friends or fellow visitors to downtown to see Helena's history. Â And at night, I hit up the tri-fecta of bars that includes The Rialto. Â I love the old historic charm of this place. Â It's so beautiful. Â Liquor in Montana is super cheap, so we had an amazing time chatting with the bartender and indulging. Â We met some really friendly regulars who didnt mind sharing their bar with us. Â I love this place. Â That blonde bartender is a sweetheart! She let my boyfriend take her picture next to the liquor prices and everything! Thanks Rialto. See you and your gorgeous neon sign next time.
P.S. I love your internet jukebox and pool table.
Great local bar located downtown on the Walking Mall. It's a "party bar" after about 9 or 10 p.m., especially when the Carroll College students are in town, but it's a quieter, "locals bar" earlier in the day/evening.
The bartenders are friendly and competent, though the beer selection is a bit lacking.
During the warming months the outside alley patio is great, and often the nicest place to enjoy evening cocktails. They used to have good bands that would place outside with a big brick wall as their background. It was a great scene. Unfortunately a whiny neighbor complained and they've had to shut the outside music down for a while. Hopefully they'll get that settled and the outdoor jams can resume.
Meanwhile, if you're looking for a cheap drink and a good time, the Rialto's not a bad option in Helena.
