Ricardo's

Came here for a college fair from out of state. Wanted some good Mexican food and this was the first restaurant that I saw. Very bad service and nasty food. I saw other websites that gave it four and five stars and that is why I decided to give it a try. The outside of the restaurants says a lot - and then when you get in to place your order. This was not different than being at taco bell. Too pricey for the kind of food offered. Left very disappointed.

Just say no to Ricardo's.  Very, very bad Mexican food.  Norfolk actually has some pretty great Mexican restaurants, so try Tienda Leon (the best) or El Mezcal (not as great as Leon's but SO much better than this crap).  Ricardo's is worse than Taco Bell, Taco John's or Amigo's.  Terrible food, terrible service, and just not worth your time.
