It was a cool rainy day when I visited Roma Gardens. I as in Kane for a Patriot Guard escort and flag line mission for a fallen soldier. I had been standing all day and after we finished our escort I was looking for enough calories to recover. This little restaurant off of route 6 was where I decided to grab a bite. The staff was friendly and the food was very good. Pretty much your classic Mom and Pop Italian restaurant. Nothing fancy. A man in a little vest don't stop by to grind pepper, but you will get a big plate of tasty food and you will leave happy.
The next time I am in Kane (hopefully for happier reasons) I will have to stop by again.
