Roma's  Italian Restaurant

Although Sallisaw, Oklahoma is not a destination most would pick, we were there for a couple of days.  Long story.  After driving around the entire town, there wasn't any food establishments that looked appetizing unless you want fast food.  Then thanks to a sign we saw off the I40 we found our way to Roma's Italian Restaurant.  Although it looks quite rustic on the outside, the food was delicious and the service was very nice.
