This was literally the most disgusting meal I've ever had. I feel sorry for anyone who eats here.
We stopped in on our way home from Asheville. I should have known when we sat down and the people behind us were sending something back because they found it "inedible." The waitress kept making excuses about too much garlic, but it obviously was NOT the issue.
We got the salad bar, which was okay. Not anything I'd even consider good. Decent, I guess. Then the entrees came. I got what was supposed to cajun pasta, but was really cold, clumped together noodles with burnt onions and peppers, slimy shrimp that didn't looked fully cooked, microwave chicken, and  sausage that tasted like hot dogs. And my husband simply got a buffalo chicken sandwich- which was so slimy and tasted SO BAD. Everything was god awful. We didn't finish anything and asked for a check.
And as we were leaving, a table next to us found something in their food. I don't know if it was a hair or a bug or what. But I could NOT get out of there fast enough.
Not to mention we both got sick that night. Surprise, surprise.
Horrible, started strong then our horrible waiter just dropped the ball. It is a shame that people have no other choice than this mediocrity. I was in last night and it was pretty slow, no excuse for long ticket times and slow poor service. Hopefully I will never have to subject myself to the corporate failures of dining.

We had barely started our salad when our entrée's were hurriedly delivered. The server inquired of my wife, "is everything ok?" But before I could utter a sound she zipped off. My steak which I ordered medium-rare was presented well-done.
Getting the attention of the server was an exercise in frustration. Finally we were able to get the attention of the man who greeted us at the door, I showed him my steak, he agreed that it was well-done, not medium-rare and offered to get me another properly prepared. He said it would just take a couple of minutes however it wasn't delivered quickly. Fortunately I was able to take advantage of the delay to eat my salad.
The server delivered the replacement steak and asked if it was better. Everything would have been fine except - Before I could cut into it she was gone. The steak looked like a different cut of meat (definitely smaller and thinner) and again prepared well-done! By then both my wife and I were frustrated and decided not to make a fuss and just pay the bill and leave. I ate part of my wife's entrée which by now was cold. Suddenly  the manager (presumably) appeared. I showed her the steak. There was no mistaking that it was well-done and not eatable. She said she would take the steak off the bill.
The evening was spoiled for both of us, going to McDonalds would have been a better deal, more pleasant, and a satisfactory "just something to eat."
Adding insult to injury is the thought that taking the price of a defective meal off the ticket is a satisfactory remedy.
Ooops, I did it again. I visited a CHAIN... dun dun dunnnnn!
THE SCENE Â
It's been a while since I've eaten @ a Ruby Tuesday location. So today I stopped by with a few friends before going on a 4 day camping trip. I'm not entirely sure if you can even call it a camping trip considering we all had dormitory-style cabins, central heat, comfy beds, showers and indoor meeting facilities. But I suppose for a bunch of city boys, not having access to the internet or mobile phones is about as rough as we can stand!!! Â Plus we were placing our stomachs in the hands of 15 guys who would be doing all the cooking for over 120 Christian men during this retreat, so we figured we'd have a good meal before the trip officially began... sort of a last supper (LOL).
THE Â FOOD
I LOVE a good burger, so it wasn't very difficult for our server to convince me to order the slightly more expensive Triple Prime Cheddar Burger ($10.49). My burger was cooked to a perfect medium temperature and placed on a toasted bun with delicious sauteed onions. Our server Jessica keyed in on my enthusiastic joy of mayo and brought extra on the side. How sweet! If I wasn't already married, I would have asked for her hand right there! Â It just ain't a burger without mayo. Â
I also ordered a round of Shrimp Fondue ($7.99) for the guys. What a tasty appetizer this is and you get a good amount for the money. There was so much of it that I ran out of tortilla chips, which Jessica happily refilled @ no charge. She also made sure my coke glass stayed full of ice cold frizzy nose tickling goodness and cleared empty plates as needed without being asked. This was greatly appreciated because the tables are not very big and four 200lb+ guys run out of room quickly.
The other fellas all ordered the combo Buffalo Chicken Mini's & salad bar ($8.99). Not knowing just what kind of food was in store for our trip, I had no intention on wasting my calories on greenery! This just might be the last decent meal I have for days.
THE VERDICT
Ruby Tuesday's has always been a solid choice for a good meal. Their restaurants are a great value for the money in my opinion and I plan to return soon to use the 25% OFF coupon they gave me @ check-out.

I ate at Ruby Tuesday the other day and it was pretty busy. With that said, our server was amazing and very attentive! Although she had many other tables to tend to, she never forgot about us. The food was impeccable and the salad bar was fantastic! I could not possibly find anything negative to say about this location. I will definitely be going back as soon as I can!
Review Source:If you haven't been to this location recently, I urge you to give them another try. We've been several times in the past few months and every time the staff has been friendly and helpful, and the food has been prepared perfectly. In fact, last night we left another Commerce restaurant after waiting an hour and having to send our steaks back three times (overcooked, raw, and overcooked again!), but the kitchen staff at Ruby Tuesday got the steak cooked perfectly (medium) on the first try! This restaurant also recently participated in a community give-back program; it's great to see national chains demonstrate an interest in the local community.

To me that says if a resturaunt is busy @ that time- they are doing something right. The food was very good. Its been a while since I visited a Ruby Tuesday... I had the triple prime burger -Loaded!!! ... all the fixins.... Haley is super nice, always hada smile and she is more than happy to recommend her favorites ... which to me is good thing. .. Bottom Line : Visit Ruby Tuesday in North Ga - exit 149 off RT 85 ... ALL SMILES ; GREAT FOOD - PRETTY SERVERS!!! .. they even have TV's @ the bar for college football !!!!!
Review Source:If I could, I would mark this a 2 1/2 star. Â I think the floor plan at this place is just awful. Â The order station for the servers is right by the bathrooms. Â Every single time I've been there I have to dodge the servers to get in there. Â Plus, the bathroom is ALWAYS dirty.
The extra 1/2 star I would give it is for the wonderful Asiago cheese sauce sirloin I had there the other week. Â That thing was cooked perfectly and about as tall as a filet. Â Kudos for that!
Let's cut to the chase. The food was really great. The service? Notsomuch. The server seemed hellbent on rushing us out before we could order anything more than a basic dinner/salad bar and one drink (beer for me, water for my other half). We didn't get a chance to contemplate dessert -" are you wanting a dessert? no? OK, here's the bill!"- all in one breath; much less a refill on my beer. I mean, we weren't drunk. Not on a beer and water! We were walking from our hotel a scant 2 blocks distant, so no driving, but again, *he* ordered water. *I* had beer.
If the food was the determining factor, I'd go there over the Applebees across the street where we had dinner the first night. BUT, based on the service? Applebees won that one, folks.
This location is very popular since it's next to the outlets. Met my parents here for Fathers Day since it's a half way point from both our houses. Â The service is good and the food is good as well. Will eat here again as it is the only half way decent restaurant near the outlets. And if you like strawberry lemonade give theirs a try, it's worth waiting for!
