  This place was great! The waitress was the sweetest and the food was great. I definitely recommend the grilled fish or the fried jumbo shrimp. Only thing was that they run out of stuff occasionally.

  We were in Farmerville for a lake vacation and went into town looking for a restaurant.  We stopped at Sam's because it looked rather new and thought we would check it out.  Two girls standing behind the counter when we walked in and neither acted like they saw us come in.  We waited a few minutes and finally one of them told us to seat ourselves.
  
  I walked around for a bit looking for a high chair while the waitress just stood at the table with our menus.  I never found the booster seats for my other child.
  
  My husband ordered a cheeseburger, my kids the chicken nuggets, and I ordered the grilled chicken salad (described on the menu as grilled chicken on a bed of mixed greens).  
  
  My husband received a warm cheeseburger, and I received chicken fajitas (minus the tortillas) on one plate with a separate plate of shredded lettuce.  I mentioned that I thought my order was mixed up and I was informed that I had received what I ordered - the grilled chicken salad.
  
  The waitress never came back to check on us after we received our food except to bring our ticket.  There was only one other table occupied in the entire restaurant.  
  
  The next time we are in town, we will definitely not be eating at Sam's
