This review is specifically for the Bloody Mary, truly one of Wisconsin's finest, featuring 16 items to make it a meal - sausage, cheese, shrimp, fresh & pickled veggies, etc. + the beer chaser.. A steal for $8, and it's just $5 on Sundays! Fun, friendly staff and beautiful lake views. Clean and cozy, food was solid too! Even including decent vegetarian selections, rare for northern wi!!
Review Source:This bar is a great restaurant too. Â It is amazing they can produce so many great dinners. We like the steak fajita wrap, the cranberry steak wrap and the applewood sandwich and the fish fry. Â We take all our friends who come up to visit us at the Lake. Â Wide, wide variety of beer and drinks. Â And Yes, the Bloody Mary's are a lunch in themselves. I think they are up to 18 or 19 items in them! Â Oh, don't forget the sweet potato fries: yummy. Â You will have a great time too.
Review Source:I have a review for two things:
Lunch at Sankey's & The 12-veggie bloody mary's BY Sankey's!
First. my lunch review is sadly 2 year old. Yes, I've taken my time on this unfortunately-- but my Dad (a local) and my sister & I were REALLY surprised and delighted by the offerings for lunch at Sankey's on any given day. The sandwiches, the appetizers were awesome-- if they still have the Bruschetta  on the menu, try it!! They also had a fantastic selection of local beers, root beers and interesting sodas (Flight sodas if i recall correctly).
Secondly, the Bloody Mary's at Sankey's are OUT OF CONTROL AMAZING!! I believe they always have them at the bar-- but I personally always grab one at the 4th of July party in the park-- at last count, I found 12 veggies, 1 shrimp, and 1 sausage in my drink (See Photo!)-- the bloody mary itself was tasty too-- not just a gimmick! Also, you get a cute 8oz beer chaser-- can't beat a drink that comes in 2 parts!
For anyone who's a former Three Lakes local or long time visitor-- this used to be the Sportsman's Bar. Definitely worth a stop in on your way into town (from the south).
