Shamrock & Thistle Pub

Great local pub! $1 beer specials on Friday and Saturday nights. They have quite a few dart boards, pool table, karaoke, and trivia! The owners and bartenders are awesome! You dont wait 15 mins to get a drink like you do at other local irish pubs in town...

This is my local.  Great pub with a good atmosphere. Andy and Deb are the owners.  She's Welsh and he's a wanker. Jokes!  An excellent collection of beers on tap with wine and saki based drinks available.  The bar staff is great with Heather being my favorite.  She's very knowledgable about the different types of lagers, ales, stouts, etc but rubbish at darts.  They have some quality live acts most weekends with karaoke on Friday nights.  Keep in mind smoking is allowed so have a fag in hand if you fancy it.

I'm not big on the whole bar/pub scene, but this is a decent little place.
