Shooters Billiard Saloon

I need to reevaluate my opinion of dive bars.  I normally picture haggard people slumped over the bar, ordering super strong drinks and the bartender is an overweight guy with glasses and bizarre facial hair with a bathroom you only visit if you absolutely must.

This place has the bartender right, I'll give them that.  

Everything else, there's just a lot going on.  Lots of pool tables, video games, a dance floor area that looks like there's enough room for about eight couples.  The bathroom was legitimately decent, I didn't feel like I needed to Lysol myself before I went in.  And the place is BYOB!  But they have Shiner on tap served in a frosty mug and you can buy mixers too.  

So definitely a more "high end" dive bar if there is such a thing.  But I can't give a bar that closes at 12 on a Friday five stars.  Just goes against my liver's nature.
