Shunxing

The food is decent and reasonably priced. sit down service experience was horrible. I went there after buffet hours, just to eat dinner with my brother...no waitress for 20 minutes.

Shunxing is THE place for Chinese in Shenandoah.  Seriously, its the only Chinese place within 20 miles or more.  

Not particularly fancy or decorated, the owner is really, really nice, friendly and the food is decent.  The menu is the same one you've seen at every other Chinese restaurant on the planet.

I used to eat lunch here all the time when I lived in Shenandoah. The lunch buffet is great and a really good value (they used to include a free can of soda, don't know if they still do).
When I was a kid this used to be the Tastee Freez. It sat empty for years, so I was really glad to see it become Shenandoah's first Chinese restaurant.
Family-run place and the people who run it are really nice.
