  Despite the oddball name and location (attached to a skating rink in the soulless depths of cinderblock sprawl in Pooler), SK8 Wings serves up decent Indian food with a slight leaning toward Southern Indian.
  
  The Vada appetizer was some of the best I've had.  It was fresh and light, with a delicious sambar on the side.
  
  One of my regrets was that they did such a great job making you forget the location--I had high hopes of eating dosai while being circled with roller skaters.
  
  Oh, and sadly, no dosai.  Though the waiter said they serve them on Sundays as part of their buffet.
  
  Not the best Indian I've ever had, but it's pretty darn good, and it definitely ranks high among the options in Savannah.
