*Great sandos and like the other reviewers said, friendly folks running it
*It's the liquor store don't forget so pick up a bottle while you are there
*I patronize these guys rather than the (now defunct and generic) Chevron, better vibe

This place makes for an excellent pit stop along the Stevens Pass Highway.  It's perfectly situated just off the highway with good access and parking.  I usually just stop for a latte going to and from Stevens Pass or summer hikes.  But they make sandwiches and other deli treats which I have yet to try.  They have ice cream.  They have plenty of snacky  munchie food to eat while you drive.  Also, they sell liquor.  The best part is the folks behind the counter are especially nice.  There's a Honey Bucket around the back if a have to go.

I rarely get moved to write a review, but everything here is delicious. In addition to sandwiches, they also have one of the best angus burgers you'll ever have. Order the 911, that's what I ordered, and it was fantastic! This is definitely going to be a regular stop for us, going to and coming back from mt Stevens.

The perfect rest-stop for some sandwiches, ice cream, or outdoor necessities!

I love coming here after climbing in Goldbar or en route to Leavenworth. The staff are smiling and super friendly, there is a good assortment of goods/supplies, and the prices are decent.

E.g. the ice cream is super cheap! $2 for a "small" cup which is pretty much 3 or 4 huge scoops. Good deal! Likewise, the sandwiches are heaping with fresh deli meat and veggies.

This unassuming little liquor store/deli puts out amazing food!  They have no problem with substitutions, or just creating something new ( like a vegetarian option) .  Other than the lack of anywhere to sit, this is a great place to go, and we stop there often.

The Sky Deli makes for a great destintion or stopping point during a scenic ride through Route 2.

They serve excellent food (made to order wraps, burgers, breakfast and deli sandwiches; pasta salads; etc), have a nice outdoor seating area (including picnic table facing the river), and very friendly "mom and pops" staff.

I stopped by today and ate a hot Chicken Caeser Wrap by the river -it was a very pleasant experience.

    Liquor with breakfast? OK!

We hit up this deli on almost every ride up to Stevens Pass. We'll call up the deli when we see the 8 mile marker from Skykomish. By the time we arrive, our breakfast sandwiches are ready for us. Perfect for that final push up to the mountain.

The best part about this little deli is that they also sell liquor. A bottle of schnapps goes a long way when you're getting cold on the ski lifts.

KEEP IT UP "TEAM-MISTY'... cannot ask for much more...other than maybe selling lettuce/celery/etc. New bread is phenomenal for the house! Stromboli was off-the-hook on Sunday!!!

Seems that as time goes on, this place ONLY gets better! They continue to add more hand-made items to their daily-menu AND weekly stuff.

I am SO happy to have this place continue to add more items. You just MUST stop in if driving over Stevens Pass! We had a grand meal on the river Sunday afternoon, in sun. Even had a pimp B-52 w/ our meals....

If this place was in Fremont, you could 2X the prices. Why I keep coming back--- they are always adding more good stuff to menu!

This place is so damn perfect.  I was in town for a few days and came here daily for food, beer, coffee, and anything and everything else.   In-house made seems to be the theme here and they do it well.  Plus Liquor to boot!
