The Smoke Shack

I arrived at this place with a very hungry 10 year old girl and her 14 year old brother.

I was very hungry after a long flight and only peanuts to nosh on. Thanks Southwest.

Georgia BBQ is a dark dry rub. It's not my fav but certainly very good.  

We shared the smoked chicken wings.

It's not easy to get the right amount of smoke flavor in food.

These folks have it just right . Really Fantastic.

I was surprised with the cheap blue cheese and ranch. Not good quality.

The sauce with it was molasses based and very good too.

I had the baby back ribs. All the meat fell off the bone with ease.

The coleslaw and potato salad are home made and yummy.

Very nice size portions.

Even with hungry kids and me we only ate about half the food.

We will have leftovers for lunch tommorow.

You will not be sorry.
