Who would think that a truck stop would be so good?

It was time for us to stop and we were glad that we found this place along Interstate 35, exit 174.  They have it all at this stop for our wonderful truckers who are treated to a great little restaurant , somewhat hidden behind the usual store and gas station.

My pulled pork sandwich was terrific particularly after adding some pickles from the pickle bar, and he enjoyed his Philly steak type sandwich.  I liked the fries which were way more than I could begin to eat.

We were happy that we stopped here.

Great hot links (actually hot), great sausage, and great hot sauce BBQ.

About as good as you would expect from Gas Station BBQ. It was decent, the meat was tender but for my tastes it was a bit bland. The fries were terribly soggy and didnt hold form at all. I'd eat it again but wouldnt go out of my way for it

Stopped in on the way back to Kansas from Oklahoma City tonight.  We shared a fried banana pepper app and the cluck and oink entrée.  The fried banana peppers were actually pretty good, lightly breaded and very crisp.  The ribs were OK, nothing special but not terrible.  We thought the sauce lacked flavor and was very runny like a Carolina sauce, which can be great.  Unfortunately this one was sweet and just watered down.  On to the cluck, which was supposed to be a half rotisserie chicken.  It was dry and obviously fresh out of the microwave, really bland and had a mushy texture.  I guess we were in a gas station so what do you expect, if you stop here just stick to things fresh out of the fryer and you'll probably be OK.

We were leaving Stillwater after an early football game and having not eaten lunch I thought we would check this out, after all I love the bacon wrapped turkey leg they have at the cart setup next to Stonewall. The pulled pork sandwich was decent but seemed to be better at the cart. I didn't see where they smoked the meats at so I am guessing they do it at the main location in town and just bring out to here.

Also another thing was the flys, oh my lord the flys.. So many of them.. also the gross fly strips hanging on all the windows if I had noticed them before I ate I might have been grossed out.. Do not sit by the windows for sure..

Can't go wrong with a barbeque joint nestled into a gas station in the middle of nowhere. Starving and tired from driving for miles and miles; a nasty hot dog and some chips sounded real good until I saw the giant 4 part billboard spree for this place on I-35. I was a little hesitant as I am picky with barbeque but it did not disappoint! Had the brisket sandwich and fries but their customer favorite is the pulled pork (in hindsight, I should have ordered that). The brisket was pretty good. Not dry with just the right amount of smokey flavor. The house sauce was a little too sweet for me but all around good flavors. Fries were good too, made to order crispiness. All around satisfied and way better than that nasty hot dog that I craved. So if you happen to go through the long stretch of I-35 in Oklahoma and find yourself needing a bite, totally recommend!

Can't find a negative thing to say about this place. It was great. Awesome atmosphere, food, and service.
